Terrible Food
I went to burgerrack at gateway Mall to order supper for takeaway, I was absolutely disappointed with the chicken tacos ,the chicken looked boiled chunky pieces ....and the food had absolutely NO FLAVOUR WHATSOEVER ,no pride was taken in preparing that meal ,absolutely disappointed I don't think I will ever purchase from them again ,the guacamole was a small lump like just put in the middle hardly any sauce no taste ,just truly disappointed with this restaurant taco

Not good
I ordered the 300g ribs and chips with onion rings. I must say the meal was absolutely horrible

Burgerack East Gate poor service and bad food
I would like to share my disappointment and dissatisfaction on the food and service that my partner and I experienced at this branch. Not only did we wait an hour to receive our food but the food was burnt, the burger patties were hard, the ribs were also hard and lacked flavor and the fries and onion rings were burnt and tasted as if they were prepared in old oil. We spent a lot of money expecting quality food but to our surprise it was horrible. We have been burgerrack regulars for the past 3 years frequenting at the atlas branch and we cannot fault anything but East gate Mall has really disappointed us

Burgerack East Gate poor service and bad food
I would like to share my disappointment and dissatisfaction on the food and service that my partner and I experienced at this branch. Not only did we wait an hour to receive our food but the food was burnt, the burger patties were hard, the ribs were also hard and lacked flavor and the fries and onion rings were burnt and tasted as if they were prepared in old oil. The consumer board should investigate.
The one in gateway has one of the rudest and loud staff ever not to mention the size of there food portions not what one would call value for your money.they are total ripoffs and dirty rack they serve you on not to mention the ketchup sachets wuuuu! Shame

Burgerack Pavilion/ scammers
Ordered dinner from them via Mr D but I never received it, called the store and they said they don't know who has my order since apparently 4 different drivers came to fetch my order, don't even believe that the order was prepared, they are a bunch of lying stealing thieves, had to cook after a long day, I'm never ordering from them ever again..
