Worst agent, won’t pay back deposit
I’m really disappointed. I’ve been renting under this agent since 2019 and I decided to move now in December. Flat owner advised me to contact Burmain to get my deposit money but they are no avail. I’ve tried contacting them, emails but they don’t pick up their phone nor respond to my email. They owe me R5100 deposit money and today it’s the 24th, 24 days since I moved out. Flat owned claims she can’t get hold of them either

Rental paid by tenant to Agent (Burmain Properties) but not paid to property owner
The property agents by the name Burmain Properties, I do not think they should even be called agents anymore, they literally turned into *******. My tenant has paid rental over a month ago, and that agent hasn't paid me (the property owner). They ignore emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls.

Unpaid rental money
I would like to remind you about the following details: Burmain Properties Central Park Block N 400 16th Road, Midrand It has come to my attention that my tenant's rental money has not been paid by Burmain Properties. It has been 8 days since the payment was due, and my tenant in Windsor has already made the payment to them. This has caused a great inconvenience to both me and the tenant. It is essential to exercise caution when dealing with them as they have proven to be *************. I require assistance in retrieving the rent deposit and June rent from them.

Burmain DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YIUR PROPERTY
I don't even want to give a one star. 5 weeks after our tenant gave notice and I queried why I had not received my rent they said oh, sorry we omitted to let you know. After losing a months rental, they now do not answer my calls or emails. Do not let them touch your property.

rental **** and no rental payment to owner
A nightmare trying to get our tenants rent, no one answers their landline ,i went to their premises i was told they moved out in June last year .their manager Tshavhungwa Thibe and Edmore are literally ignoring our emails and whatsap messages i am still waiting for a call back from Archie he promised to find out whats happening with our tenant rent paid into their account just **** . a horrible service from them i do not recommend

Burmain Properties are Unproffessional.
Please save yourself a heartache, this agents are useless. From their CEO-Eddy, Nolando Vilakazi and their sales manager. I have been requesting for my deposit for three months and they keep on going in circles. Quite pathetic service.
