I’m really disappointed. I’ve been renting under this agent since 2019 and I decided to move now in December. Flat owner advised me to contact Burmain to get my deposit money but they are no avail. I’ve tried contacting them, emails but they don’t pick up their phone nor respond to my email. They owe me R5100 deposit money and today it’s the 24th, 24 days since I moved out. Flat owned claims she can’t get hold of them either
I trust you are well. I’m really disappointed with what you guys are doing now. I went to Legit Westgate shopping mall, dresses have get two dresses at a discounted price but when I get to the till they told me the promotion is “off” meaning they are no longer running that promotion. This is false adverti*****t and I’m really not happy, to my surprise when I try to buy online the special/promotion is active. Regards Maano Makhoshi
Really bad experience with this store (Home Italia Polokwane). I bought a dining room suite for my mom in January this year (2024) for R60,000. It was delivered after 2 days but 5 out of 8 chairs were broken and they tried to tighten up 3 with *****s. We saw this after a week or so and we called them, they said it's not possible and my mom decided to visit the store in Polokwane from Venda, she spoke to the manager and he said they would replace them. Fast forward, chairs were ordered and they called after a week to say the chairs have arrived but they said my mom need to bring the faulty chairs back to the store in order to get new ones, we are still confused as to why they offer free delivery but now that there's a problem that they admitted to be on the wrong, they say we must make a plan to to find a truck that will deliver their broken chairs back then we can get new ones. Why sell products that are not in good condition in the first place? It's going to cost us a lot to hire a truck that will take the chairs back to Polokwane from Venda to Polokwane and back and the manager doesn't want to hear non of that.
I've had a terrible experience with these guys. On the 24th of November my car tyres were damaged as I was trying to enter Leroy Merlin Little Falls and they promised to pay for my tyres if I buy own tyres, like they will reimburse me. It was myself and other two guys that were affected. Two weeks back they asked us to forward our banking details and invoices for tyres, saying that they payment systems run on Thursdaya. Today is the 2nd week and they were supposed to pay me today as they promised yesterday, now they tell me they missed the payment run for today (07-12-2023) and tomorrow and they will let me know when they will be paying laster today or tomorrow. I'm very frustrated, and they don't take our calls.
I recently purchased a web hosting package from Vox Telecom that includes free .co.za domain. To my surprise, my web hosting is active but domain isn't registered but linked to my package. When I tried to address the matter with Vox, their consultant called me saying that I did not buy a domain from them, adding that I only bought a web host package. I have been trying to resolve the issue with the, but they keep telling me that I need to pay extra R89,00 to register my domain but what happened to the domain that is linked to my account, which should be free. My domain is www.sfslogistics.co.za, but shows inactive, when I try to register with other service providers it shows that it is available
Really disappointed. Capitec has been holding money that's mine for the past 30 days, I've sent proof of payments and affidavits back to back, your bank tellers always tell me to come back after 5 days knowing well that they are just trying to get rid of me. The lady who assisted me today even told me to write to Bank Ombudsman because Capitec is so unprofessional and they won't release my money if I don't take matters to Hello Peter or Bank Ombudsman. I went to Clearwater branch today and the lady told me you guys t the top lie a lot, she showed me two incidents that were closed with no feedback, but when I check on my WhatsApp it shows "forensic still investigating" which is a lie, imagine your own employees losing faith in you guys and they have to del with angry customers everyday because you guys don't wanna give us food service. You have no right to hold my money, and you know it. I've spent over 400 on petrol visiting different branches.. WORSE YOU DON'T EVEN READ MY AFFIDAVITS, because everytime I go to a branch I have to explain everything I wrote. I am tired of you CAPITEC, your lies and ignorance. Please release my money
I'm so disappointed in Capitec Bank. My brother does Forex and last month, on the 23rd of Feb, he sent me R1700 from his Capitec account. I was surprised when I woke up the following morning as my account was blocked and I couldn't use my app nor my card. They say someone reported fraud on his account and it affected every ACC he sent money to. He submitted everything required, proof of payment, 5x affidavits, ID copies and all he gets is he will have to wait for a little bit longer. Apparently someone tried to scam him and reported that the account is his, but my brother has been visiting Capitec branch everyday without luck. My account is stil blocked and Capitec hasn't said anything, they keep telling me they're still investigating fraud related issues.. I mean, I reported that my account has been stopped on the 24th of February but to date Capitec hasn't come up with a solution besides the supporting documents we sent to them. Their employees keep telling us to change to another bank as we won't be able to use our accounts for some time as Capitec takes forever to investigate such matters even though you've proof. I'm mad rn, it's going to a months now
Worse insurance ever. They promised to fix my car within two weeks, it's been over a month now and they don't want to take my calls, they keep telling me that an agent will call me back which they never do
