Review for Maluti Paediatrics: DR. WESSELS I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Busamed Private Maluti Paediatrician with my 16-month-old child. After our urgent appointment on December 3, 2024, I was met with unprofessionalism and poor treatment. DR. WESSELS seemed agitated from the start, spoke on a personal call during our visit, and showed little regard for my baby's well-being. When I requested to comfort my distressed child, the doctor aggressively pinned him down, causing him unnecessary pain and fear. Despite my concerns, he continued with harsh handling, even leading to my baby choking at one point. When I asked for proper treatment, he coldly threatened to refund my money and asked us to leave. I’ve always had good experiences with other doctors at this clinic, but this behavior from DR. WESSELS was completely unacceptable and left me deeply upset. I hope the clinic takes this seriously and ensures better care for future patients.
