<p>Emails from Bush n Buck Owner Louise says "don’t tell me how to run my business", "So the fault is actually yours and not mine" "I am on leave and will not be able to refund your payment until Monday. I am vety sorry. Louise" ( Notice the spelling ) these emails goes on and on. I paid the Monday and email n proof of payment , by Wednesday after sending 2 emails, I have still not received confirmation . I called and was advised "I Lost my booking" no I didn’t lose it, you never booked it. So as I was unhappy with the service , I emailed Louise the owner again , she will only pay back my deposit n week later when she is back.
