Horrible Employee experience
Horrible Human Resources experience, I have been waiting to get my UIF forms from them for 2 weeks , they have of late decided not to pick up my forms. No proper communication between their site managers and head office. I’m even suspecting they weren’t paying to Labour the uif they deducted from me because why would they need more than 2 weeks to give me my forms???

Horrible Employee experience
Horrible Human Resources experience, I have been waiting to get my UIF forms from them for 2 weeks , they have of late decided not to pick up my forms. Contract deadline not met
Thnx vodacom for your sardonic service.. Its so funny how vodacom can't keep their words.. Nd we as clients have to pay meanwhile yall are taking ur precious time... With no form of communication.. This is incompetence on a huge scale... Im still waiting for my order.. It has been years now nd the agreement was 3 working days... Im thinking of canceling, is it because im black that's why im not being taken serious..

Salaries is never paid on time & never the right amount.
They mistreat their employees.There is always a problem with your salary...you never paid on time...& Your money never corresponds with the hours u have worked...something needs to be done.this matter of salaries not being paid on time and not correctly has been brought to there attention many times...,and nothing has been done ...they an agency who recruits people for employment...why let people work and not reward them on time for their hard labour...i dont recommend people working for this agency...i will be writing an article about BDO...

Salaries is never paid on time & never the right amount.
They mistreat their employees.There is always a problem with your salary...you never paid on time...& Your money never corresponds with the hours u have worked...something needs to be done.this matter of salaries not being paid on time and not correctly has been brought to there attention many times...,and nothing has been done ...they an agency who recruits people for employment...why let people work and not reward them on time for their hard labour...i dont recommend people working for this agency...i will be writing an article about BDO...

Worst Employer
BDCS has been the worst employer I’ve had in my professional career. Never have I worked at an employer where the emotional state of the MD dictated how you should perform your job in a professional environment. They have the slogan “Best in the Business” in HR and recruiting, but they are mediocre at best. In the 6 months I was employed by them I saw them Bully employees to the point of resignation and breaking labour law more than once. I resigned after the same issue of bullying and contract manipulation by the MD was done to me. after my resignation the MD went out of their way to make my final days unpleasant. My contract has been terminated over a month and a half now and I’m still waiting on my UI19 and other documents that were supposed to be sent to me on the day of termination. They also deleted my annual leave days that were supposed to be paid with my final paycheck. I have emailed the MD and GM several times and they've only ignored my emails, I've only experienced unprofessionalism and a culture of bullying from BDCS.GLOBAL.
