Network just disconnects even when payment was made in time, Horrible customer service that relies on a chat bot that can't resolve issues in any way... only human contact on customer service is the receptionist. Field agents aren't of help I've had no connection for over 24hrs.
Exquisite fine dining experience. Exceptional customer service from the staff. Was only unsatisfied with the dressing for a salad.

I understand they’re new in the banking game but they offer horrible customer care, I asked that they fill in a UI2.8 form for me to which they said their turnaround time will be 48hours . They have contravened their Service level agreement because 48hrs later, they haven’t sent back the filled form and are instead sending messages that the case has been resolved but no communication with me! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable… no customer retention courtesy whatsoever!!
Great call centre agents but they take an absurd amount of time to resolve accounts queries and even after 4 days my account is still locked with no probable cause.
