Horrible Human Resources experience, I have been waiting to get my UIF forms from them for 2 weeks , they have of late decided not to pick up my forms. No proper communication between their site managers and head office. I’m even suspecting they weren’t paying to Labour the uif they deducted from me because why would they need more than 2 weeks to give me my forms???
I understand they’re new in the banking game but they offer horrible customer care, I asked that they fill in a UI2.8 form for me to which they said their turnaround time will be 48hours . They have contravened their Service level agreement because 48hrs later, they haven’t sent back the filled form and are instead sending messages that the case has been resolved but no communication with me! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable… no customer retention courtesy whatsoever!!
Great call centre agents but they take an absurd amount of time to resolve accounts queries and even after 4 days my account is still locked with no probable cause.
