WORST SERVICE EVER!

I ordered a custom made reception counter in October, with the promise of an URGENT delivery date. However Samson said 4 weeks. No problem. However when I did NUMEROUS follow up I was assured that the unit was being shipped from Cape Town 9th November, and that it would be installed at our offices Thursday the 12th. Waiting 4 to 6 weeks was a problem but we were happy to wait however when a commitment is made and then cancelled ONCE again (this was not the first promise of delivery) then it gets a bit ridiculous. Sad story is that we have just aquired a second building and were going to used BFS to furnish it throughout. NOT after this!<br> Samson has been of help, but the whole experience has just left a very bad taste for future business dealings.
