Being a staunch supporter of this business over many years, they have now disappointed terribly. Maybe as my request was small and insignificant or too cheap? I have in 3 days did not have a response to email or whatsapp. Sad that local businesses feel they can treat people so badly if we support them for a reason!
Definitely a company you can trust, especially with your treasured memories. Their work is of a high quality and they service is always friendly and on time. They offer excellent choices and really go the extra mile!
It's astonishing how many phone calls you get daily prodding you to sign up for policies of various types, for only the smallest of fraction of money. Being promised the sun, the moon and the stars. However do not try to claim on any of these as the fine print will chew you up and spit you out with a smile. My sister has recently become disabled due to MND/ALS, her AIG policy states cover for disability -HOWEVER she can only claim this has she been injured at work.....LOL so had she fallen and broken her neck she would have been A ok for a claim but contracting a disease that there is NO cure for is not relevant. And the claim is rejected. PEOPLE I WARN YOU DO NOT GIVE INTO THESE SMALL FEMALE POLICIES THEY ARE SCAMS OF THE HIGHEST LEVEL!
It saddens me to think I supported this program so loyally since inception, only to be shunned when having complaints. I am now sitting with 2 complaints that have yet to be resolved, no matter how many times I contact the help desk nothing gets done, merely a ticket gets issued again and again. Needless to say I will not ever again use this facility as they have no after sales service and have put a sour taste in my mouth to ever support Checkers again!
This business is all about money, period! No compassion towards animals or owners predicaments. So sad that in these times there is so little caring left for the important things, its all about the bottom line and rigid rules!
Although a really difficult time for us as a family, with my sister suffering with MND / ALS - we try to make as many of her wishes / bucket list items a reality. One being a visit to Coco Safar in Sea Point. Trust me it was well worth the wait and the long time saving. Their selection of croissants makes you want to sit there all day and try each and every one. It is an experience in itself just visiting but to top it all their service is excellent, each waitron greeting you with the greatest smile and efficiency that will make you return again and again, even for only a quick cup of coffee! #WIN for Coco Safar!!!!
I recently relocated to Cape Town, and had the pleasure of dealing with Sabrina Arendse from Securistore in Maitland, Cape Town. She facilitated the storage of my home in her storage facility whilst I was finding a permanent residence, not only did she provide a friendly and efficient service, she went above and beyond, like opening unit the facility on a public holiday for the removal company to deliver my furniture in Cape Town. Having staff stay late on a Saturday when I needed my furniture collected again, to name but a few instances. It is very rare to find this high level of service in todays rush and non caring suppliers. I commend you!!!
Kulula being my preferred domestic airline, I have previously successfully booked special assistance (wheel chair) with no effort. However today I tried to do this again, 45 minutes on my phone trying to figure out how it's done, I'm told I need to fill in paperwork first. Took the better part of 15mins to get my email address correct. The email eventually arrived with no paperwork. All I need is a wheel chair now I need to have Doctors permissions and then some.
My brother in law passed away in November 2010, we immediately contacted ABSA as the will he had named them as executor. It has taken them more than 2 months now to just let us know they will not assist us, according to them they never received the original however we know it was handed to their consultant. They have just conveniently washed their hands of this matter. Where to now, as the date for the estate to be lodged has now expired. Thanks for nothing ABSA! Take heed clients....
I popped into the Foood at Cresta Shopping Centre for a quick coffee. I frequently visit their franchise in Randridge Mall, and expected the same level of service! I was sadly mistaken, as soon as the waitress heard I was not eating she lost all interest in me, I waited for my coffee, took a while, was then left to fend for myself. Another waitress stopped and enquired if everything was alright, I asked her for my bill, only for her to walk away and do nothing about it. I eventually received my bill, paid and left a tip which I felt should not have even happened. Nevertheless, their was a lady tidying displays and moving around the restaurant (I think the manager) who never once stopped to check on any patrons. Take a lesson from the Foood in Randridge Mall, where the manager is always visible and interested in speaking to his clients.
