A meal with having again.
I had one of my birthday lunches here. The waitress, her name is Hilda, she was awesome, attentive, helpful, funny, so awesome. Ask for Hilda, she's brilliant. Above the best service, the food was delicious. You can tell that fresh ingredients were used. I couldn't get enough of it. We ended up sharing each other's food because you just wanted to taste the deliciousness that was on every plate. I will definitely go back for the Frulata and Zivas.

Now definitely my restaurant of choice
They always have quick and friendly service. The food is tasty and you get what you pay for. Definitely recommended!

Why should a quick coffee give you less service than a full meal??
I popped into the Foood at Cresta Shopping Centre for a quick coffee. I frequently visit their franchise in Randridge Mall, and expected the same level of service! I was sadly mistaken, as soon as the waitress heard I was not eating she lost all interest in me, I waited for my coffee, took a while, was then left to fend for myself. Another waitress stopped and enquired if everything was alright, I asked her for my bill, only for her to walk away and do nothing about it. I eventually received my bill, paid and left a tip which I felt should not have even happened. Nevertheless, their was a lady tidying displays and moving around the restaurant (I think the manager) who never once stopped to check on any patrons. Take a lesson from the Foood in Randridge Mall, where the manager is always visible and interested in speaking to his clients.

Foood Restaurant Established 1996 and still a great place to eat
Been going to the restaurant on a weekly basis for the past 7 years (probably longer). Same waitresses which tells me a lot. Meals prepared fresh and delicious. Good healthy eating catering for everyone.
