Business Partners is a complete waste of time
I dealt with Consultant by the name of Sethabile Biyela in October 2025,regarding Application for Property finance as Im intending to buya Property to grow my business. I sent all the required Documents as requested,but to this day,I never got any feedback from Business Partners,its well over 3 months now,no feedback at all. I think they bluffing people,pretending to be assisting Enterpreneurs,whereas ,they actually waste our time

Business Partners is a complete waste of time

Disappointed
I app**** for finance with business partners . All sounded positive at the beginning but then was told I needed collateral . Fair enough , I removed a property of mine off the market to hand it as collateral also dropped the amount required to an amount below collateral value to ensure funding is granted . With all that effort , I was told on call that the funding is declined because of a drop in financials for the year 2024 . very disappointed considering their requirement for collateral and changing finance quote to suit them .

It is extremely difficult to get your deposit back from them after renting commercial space. The sales staff are very very rude. It is impossible to speak to anyone with any authority on the phone - the receptionist gate keeps.

We rented a shop from them in very poor condition
We rented a shop from them in very poor condition. The shop needed repainting. The toilets were frequently broken. There are lots of broken tiles in the building. Therefore we were not able to trade or stay. We left the shop over two months ago. To this day we have not received our deposit back.

Absolute terrible experience
Absolutely no customer service. No answer from number provided on statement. Requested a sales contact for new deal four weeks ago have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails with no joy

I app**** for finance on land with a full title deed which is based in limpopo and my application is declined due to that the land was owned by a chief before a full title was awarded and that it is in the rural area of limpopo.
