I dealt with Consultant by the name of Sethabile Biyela in October 2025,regarding Application for Property finance as Im intending to buya Property to grow my business. I sent all the required Documents as requested,but to this day,I never got any feedback from Business Partners,its well over 3 months now,no feedback at all. I think they bluffing people,pretending to be assisting Enterpreneurs,whereas ,they actually waste our time
I made payment for our Business Landline on the 05th of Janualry 2026,but Telkom still has not activated our line,It is now over 7 Days,but we cant use the phone,as its blocked. Telkom really has poor customer service
I had an incident on the 10th of October 2025,wher I drove over a pothole and it damaged my car,I then contacted Pinapple insurance to tow the car to my residential address ,or closer to where I stay,they forced me to tow the car to their assesment center which they said its in Bedfordview,since the incident happened around Wadeville,however on Monday the 13th ,they told me they took the car to Wynburg in Sandton,they also not providing me with the address where my car is. They then refuse to pay my claim,even though its clear that,the incident caused Mechanical failure of the car
Nombuso from Telkom Business Mobile,very impatient and rude on the phone,she doent want to help clients,she is too quick to dismiss and doesnt want to listen.When you call Telkom Business ,they send you from pillar to post,and none of them want to help
Telkom ,just suspended my phone and internet service, added a huge amount(early canacellation penalty)I never asked for cancellation,this makes it impossible to pay,IOur Business is unable to receive calls,or use internet data,this is very unprofessional,while the contract is active.I have called them several times and sent emails to dispute this matter ,so they can activate my account,their workers keep escalating,its over 2 weeks now of trying to get the internet working,no one is helping,they keep saying its escalating
I called on the 1st of September at Lawoncall,I spoke to Daphney,requesting to but a Policy,she said someone will call back,it is now over a week,no one has called.It seems,they hire lazy people at FNB that don't want to do their jobs,in the end clients suffer
The telkom staff ,when you call 10213 for Business sales,they intgentionally drop calls,I have caleed over 5 times from 16h30,everytime they pick up to answer,the phone gets dropped
I bought a Speed point machine from FNB,and it was only delivered after a whole month. I then calles them to set up the machine,the lady I spoke to on the Telephone,didnt manage to activate the machine,she then said to me ,she would call me back again,which she never did,I have been waiting for her call since 10h00am today,and my machine still isnt activated.I really am not happy with the Customer service from FNB
Kabelo Mahane at FNB ,is very good with the Customers,he is very helpful and very patient and calm ,when communicating to clients,I wish to compliment the work he does
