Dissatisfied customer

I signed up with Businesswyze to do an email campaign to 10,000 verified emails and was told I would receive a detailed report of the emails sent to, with which were opened, which delivered, etc. I revived a report with 293 email addresses, many of which were to ****rnet e-mail addresses (a company disbanded in 2007), and a column with a date and nothing else. After repeated attempts to resolve this with the owner Manager, three weeks later I have yet to receive what was promised
