Excellent Service from Rodney

Excellent service as always
As always, a great experience when dealing with the team at Outsurance. I initially dealt with Londiwe and then Koketso re a query on one of my policies, and they were friendly, professional, and efficient. Excellent service always.

Shocking service
This was my first experience with Park Avenue Stationers, and sad to say it was an extremely disappointing outcome. Absolutely shocking service. 3 days later am still trying to get my complete orders. They don't seem equipped tp deal with online orders, and certainly are not concerned about customer satisfaction.

Dissatisfied customer
I signed up with Businesswyze to do an email campaign to 10,000 verified emails and was told I would receive a detailed report of the emails sent to, with which were opened, which delivered, etc. I revived a report with 293 email addresses, many of which were to ****rnet e-mail addresses (a company disbanded in 2007), and a column with a date and nothing else. After repeated attempts to resolve this with the owner Manager, three weeks later I have yet to receive what was promised

Non-existent service
1 star is too much. Lots of excuses, misrepresentation and no delivery on the services paid for, exceedingly disappointed and aggravated.

Excellent Course - Level 5 TEFL
Excellent course on teaching English as a foreign language through TTA. Great systems, support, and course content. I did the level 5 course and found it very comprehensive and well set-out.
