No Barcode, denied that I paid them. Through their own website.

Ordered a barcode, nothing happened, contacted them and they say they need proof of payment but if you use Payfast, the sites payment method, there is no proof of payment, money went off my account still no bar code, It says the money went to Payfast when i look at my bank account but they wont send me my Bar code, Scammers? I don't know but my money is gone and they refuse to admit that i have paid them.
