Unhappy customer.
Got stock that was out of date, with no Expire date on it or batch number, Still waiting for my refund as promised, Been about two weeks. No response to asking about my refund.

Customer service doesn't get better then that.
Ordered MX 6 Thermal paste, got Mx 4 by mistake (they look very similar), wrote an email to them and they responded within a few hours with a gift certificate, and organised overnight delivery of the MX 6, and told me I could keep the MX 4.. Customer service Customer service doesn't get better than that.

No Barcode, denied that I paid them. Through their own website.
Ordered a barcode, nothing happened, contacted them and they say they need proof of payment but if you use Payfast, the sites payment method, there is no proof of payment, money went off my account still no bar code, It says the money went to Payfast when i look at my bank account but they wont send me my Bar code, Scammers? I don't know but my money is gone and they refuse to admit that i have paid them.

A very unhappy customer
Almost 2 months now and have not recieved my order, they told me supliers were behind but then why take my money? I need that money to get from somewhere else, but they don't pic up the phone, Also over busy season so i lost alot of business. Not happy at all, you can not take some ones money if you dont have the item in stock.

They took my money, my Time and left me frustrated and very Angry
Ok, almost two years ago i applied for expungement with Fresh Start, after 2 months they stopped corresponding with me. i got the feeling i had been scammed, couldnt get hold of the actual lawyer that did the expungments, he was never available. They took my original clearence cirtificate(on request) and i never saw it again. 18 months Later after alot of frustration, They said case complete. went to check. NOTHING had been done. Eventualy i had to do it myself. i went to Cape town Got the original charges paper work sorted out and applied for expungement myself at my local police station. it was easy. cost free. no need for Lawyer at all. Never got my R2500 or my Clearance cirtificate back from Fresh Start. I will update this post if i ever do. But Please people dont wast your time and money. It only Takes four months Max with the Government. Fresh Start wasted My Time i needed to get it Done quickly and they strung me along like Heartless partner.. Still get very angry every time i hear the words Fresh start Law center.
