I bought batteries Dec 2020 that was on special.In order to secure the deal l need to pay the 56k .Stil waiting after stories of,out of stock,batteries ****age during transit ,warehouse been luted .I tried to get solar panels instead of the batterys but the bakkie was involved in a accident and the pannels broken .I manage to get 9k from them.Dont use them.

I ordered a solar panel on the 16th of August and paid Eft immediately. Inquired about delivery on the 21st of August, 2 days later they finally answered and said it would be delivered on the 26th of August. Well package never arrived. I have sent numerous emails that just dont get answered, web site has been down for maintenance since begining September. Nobody in this company has the decency to get in contact with me and let me know whats going on. Today is now the 15th of September and i still have no clue what is going on. I will definately never use this company again and advise you to do the same, from all the complaints i have read about them.

I ordered a solar panel on the 16th of August and paid Eft immediately. Inquired about delivery on the 21st of August, 2 days later they finally answered and said it would be delivered on the 26th of August. Well package never arrived. I have sent numerous emails that just dont get answered, web site has been down for maintenance since begining September. I will definately never use this company again and advise you to do the same, from all the complaints i have read about them.

on 28 July I purchased two OmniPower Sealed Batteries from UPS Solar and was advised they would be delivered on 3 August. This delivery date was revised to 5 Aug - the delay explained by positive covid test results (after much back ground investigation it turns out the stock was never delivered to the courier company...) On 19 August I was advised the batteries were damaged in transit that a full refund of R10k would be processed as these were the last two units in stock. I signed the credit note and confirmed my bank details that day. After numerous emails and unanswered called the Accounts Department finally confirmed the refund will be processed with the month end payment run and should be in your bank account before 3 Sept. It is now 14 September and I am still waiting for the funds. I have escalated this 3 times. It has been incredibly frustrating getting hold of anyone at UPS Solar. The phone lines are never answered and emails seldom returned. I would strongly advise NOT to do any business with this company. Throughout this process I have been patient and polite and am now very concerned that I will not get my money back. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience. I need the refund so I can order through a more reputable supplier.

These guys used to be our main supplier, right now they can't seem to get any of our orders correct. Stay away, use someone else if you don't want to wait an entire month for your order. The service here has drastically diminished. Our order has been received but we won't be buying here anymore!!!
