This so called company used by my complex as a body corporate is a big scam and uninterested in owners plight despite it being a body corporate that suppose to handle matter amicably first but once u miss or your account is in arrears and even though you pay a minimum monthly and they still charge interest and letter of demand etc , they still hand you over to a lawyer which i find very unfair, this is a very bad corporation and am seeking legal advice on what my chances are on taking away the legal fees insituted on me
Don't bother buying a citroen or peugeot parts department at this dealership is pathetic, slow, incompetent and never get back to you on your orders. They never do anything requested and parts takes 5months to arrive
Worst Service Manager ever, i have purchased an Audi A5 off a salvage with minimal body work and done by an independent work shop, i had gone on a Monday to see the Service Manager and explained to him the car isn't starting and the car will be towed in from the repair shop to have the comfort control module coded as i have bought a new unit, the Service Manager refused on the day of the service when i have bought the car in and said car was in a poor state, i have asked him repeatedly what he meant by poor state as car was just in for an electronic coding, the service manager was very unchallant and adamant, worst ever customer service, same car i towed into another Audi Dealership without prior booking and the car was accept. Its a shame when your car is out of warranty, or a car that has being brought in for a private job you get treated awful, Audi Arcadia has no regard for client as long as they happy taking cars that are still under their nose. Bad experience and will never go near an Audi whether brand new or even a used one. The total experience i got is shocking.
Goodday, I am having a bit of issue with Renault Wonderwaters in Wonderboom regarding a Renault Koleos which is still under warranty , the car's electronic parking brake is fault and i am being asked to pay for the labour of 3hrs to trace the fault, from my understanding this is a warranty claim that should be handled professionally, i have had to claim in the past with other car manufacturer and never have i once be asked to pay for labour to determine the fault and possible pay for replacement on a car that still has an active warranty plan. I would like to know why do we buy cars and when parts fails on a car and we bring this to the attention of the dealer to honor the warranty claim we are asked to pay for labour to determine the fault. I really think people buy cars for peace of mind and warranty claims should be honored. I have left the car at the dealer and have refused to agree to any form of payment as i believe this is unacceptable and now am without a car with a working electronic brake.Please Help Renault South Africa.
