For the last month we had no garden service (which we pay for). I requested to mow my own lawn with our complex lawnmower, so that the kids can at least play on the grass. Pro-admin declined my request and cannot come up with an alternative. Shocking! to say the least.

Worse Managing Agent. Send sms, add interest, because my (most owners) get paid on the 15th. Lately they add penalty for using "wrong refernce number". Which is against the Law. No feedback. No communication. Which we never make contact with them .

Levies, interest, penalities, demand letters, we move to this Managing Agent, and ever since we had problems with our levies. Most owners get paid on the 15th, we had written agreements with ALL previous Managing Agent, we had debit orders in place for the 15th. Lately your accountant is charged with interest, up to R38. All of a sudden penalities on the interest. On the 15th after payment was made, myself and others received Demand Letters, another R200 added on the already interest with penalities. The extra amount is almosr R400. (In my case this is petrol money to go to work, must I walk 20km to work and 20km back). They are not willing to listen to us. It feels like they are bul**** us for getting paid on the 15th. Never ever since September 2013 was this a problem. All of a sudden it is a huge problem. This company feel nothing for no one!

Levies, interest, penalities, demand letters, we move to this Managing Agent, and ever since we had problems with our levies. Most owners get paid on the 15th, we had written agreements with ALL previous Managing Agent, we had debit orders in place for the 15th. Lately your accountant is charged with interest, up to R38. It all started on the 12th of December 2025 when our services were disconnected because we didn't pay the R345 for reconnection fee which we did after sending proof of payment then I got a message that our agent said they must not reconnect our service because we owe rent mind you we had made an arrangement with the agent which was accepted. The same day they reconnect our service after 3 hours after the agent called them to say it was a misunderstanding but now they have disconnected our meter number we can't buy electricity even though we don't awe them...I agree with most of black costumers they treat us like we not educated their Afrikaans females they don't know how to communicate they always rude even though they at fault. I had to walk 5 kms at night to go buy electricity because I can't buy it from a bank app as I normally do...if this is not fixed by tomorrow 13 December 2025 they will hear from my lawyer because I believe this is ************** and we treated like this because we are black. They always robe us with meter readings because we can't read them...this is thee worst electricity company in Pretoria.

We moved to this Managing Agent recently. Most of us get paid on the 15th and we all had written agreements with ALL previous Managing Agents, who accommodate owners who get paid on the 15th. For many years, we experience no problems at all. Our levy roll, and payment history clearly stated what date payments was made. With the handover, we as owners was not informed that they had ONLY ONE debit order date. This leave most owners with this handover in "arrears" and interest is being charged, different amounts, for "late payment". If this was communicate to us prior to the handover, we will not even shortlisted this Managing Agent. Lack of communication, and we ended up with levy statement showing amount plus interest. Why is that they had to heart, and accommodate all owners, keep in mind of all the different pay days. Wish we never met these people. If only they communicate this with us prior by sending us statements with interest. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. YES WE DO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE WELCOME LETTER, but we 'assume' our arrangements will still be in place after the handover. IF ONLY WE KNOW THIS EARLIER.

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with the way my body corporate has handled a roof leak coming from the unit above mine. I reported the issue back in March, and we’re now in October, yet nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve sent countless follow-ups and been told the matter was “escalated to the trustees,” but there’s been no progress, no communication and no urgency. Meanwhile, the water damage has spread from my ceiling to my walls, and the condition of my unit just keeps getting worse. This level of neglect and poor service is completely unacceptable. Seven months is more than enough time to attend to a maintenance issue that clearly falls under their responsibility. If you’re considering buying or renting where they are the body corporate , be aware! Getting any issue resolved is an uphill battle.

The problem with this Company is Race and really if your a black person I feel sorry for you! Check all the comments by black people here, worse utility company they fabricate bills and take advantage that we do not check out meters, they over charge and behave like we are not educated, I best believe that they employ uneducated white people who can't answer and use logic, our trustees are really mislead and I hope we leave this company and they should go to orania or USA to operate

The problem with this Company is Race and really if your a black person I feel sorry for you! Check all the comments by black people here, worse utility company they fabricate bills and take advantage that we do not check out meters, they over charge and behave like we are not educated, I best believe that they employ uneducated white people who can't answer and use logic, our trustees are really mislead and I hope we leave this company and they should go to orania or USA to operate
