Friendly service. Clean and neat garage.
Engen - Mayville - Van Rensburg St, Parktown Estate, Pretoria. Best stop ever for petrol, personal always friendly, helpful. I stop Friday with a flat tire, the gentleman who assist me, fix the tire there and then. The shop is always, clean and neat. This became my stop for petrol, pump of tires, buy whatever I need in store. Keep up the good work. Job well done.

15th payment of levies added with interest, penalties.
Worse Managing Agent. Send sms, add interest, because my (most owners) get paid on the 15th. Lately they add penalty for using "wrong refernce number". Which is against the Law. No feedback. No communication. Which we never make contact with them .

Added interest on levies for making payment on my pay date.
Levies, interest, penalities, demand letters, we move to this Managing Agent, and ever since we had problems with our levies. Most owners get paid on the 15th, we had written agreements with ALL previous Managing Agent, we had debit orders in place for the 15th. Lately your accountant is charged with interest, up to R38. All of a sudden penalities on the interest. On the 15th after payment was made, myself and others received Demand Letters, another R200 added on the already interest with penalities. The extra amount is almosr R400. (In my case this is petrol money to go to work, must I walk 20km to work and 20km back). They are not willing to listen to us. It feels like they are bul**** us for getting paid on the 15th. Never ever since September 2013 was this a problem. All of a sudden it is a huge problem. This company feel nothing for no one!

No service for the third time. SASOL KGABOTSE, PRETORIA NORTH
Sasol Kgabotse, Pretoria North, President Steyn street, once again. Why is this garage still operating. Once again this morning, I waited for 7 minutes and not a single petrol attendant came to assist me. The gentleman next to me even hooted, yet still no response. I eventually left without being helped. This garage urgently needs a complete makeover and new management - or it might as well close its doors for good. I had photos as proof!

Pay day and levies in arrears charge with interest.
We moved to this Managing Agent recently. Most of us get paid on the 15th and we all had written agreements with ALL previous Managing Agents, who accommodate owners who get paid on the 15th. For many years, we experience no problems at all. Our levy roll, and payment history clearly stated what date payments was made. With the handover, we as owners was not informed that they had ONLY ONE debit order date. This leave most owners with this handover in "arrears" and interest is being charged, different amounts, for "late payment". If this was communicate to us prior to the handover, we will not even shortlisted this Managing Agent. Lack of communication, and we ended up with levy statement showing amount plus interest. Why is that they had to heart, and accommodate all owners, keep in mind of all the different pay days. Wish we never met these people. If only they communicate this with us prior by sending us statements with interest. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. YES WE DO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE WELCOME LETTER, but we 'assume' our arrangements will still be in place after the handover. IF ONLY WE KNOW THIS EARLIER.

Sasol Kgabotse, Pretoria North, President Steyn street, worst petrol station in South Africa, you stop for petrol, wait 10 minutes, cars that stop after you, behind filled, and you wait. I drove off this morning again, yes, again, it is the third time, I stop at this useless garage for petrol, had to wait for 10+ minutes. Even the shop, you are not allowed to use your points in that shop, they are 24/7 but if you stop there at 5, they inform you, sorry we are closed. This garage need a new management team, who will give this poor garage a makeover and a turnaround. Worse service ever! If you are in a hurry, don't waste your time stop at this fuel garage, to filled up. When you ask to check your tyre pressure, always the same old story we had no air, what the heck??

Waste management fees, even after a court case was won (two times)
After I say my say on their FB page, I was blocked. You received email addresses to send queries to, the first mail delivered, but the second mail, address not found, is this how to want to assist owners with queries. COT must fall. Misuse of our funds. Even after two court cases, that was won by Afriforum, they keep on adding Management levy fees, my bill was R460 with all the items they add, my statement is R1488. WHY THE HELL MUST I PAY THEM FOR A SERVICE WE DO NOT RENDERED FROM THEM? We make use of a private waste removal company for many years, due to al the strikes COT had in the past. I had it with this arrogant workers in COT. I will not pay these amounts you add (as the court rule out). You show that you had no respect for a court order.
