Bad experience
I bought a brand ne Tyre a Malas on 8 Januar 2026, on the 27 of January 2026, I got a punch. Took the Tyre to Malas, they said they cannot do anything. I must buy a new one. The hey said the Tyre is damaged. I only drove with it for 3 weeks. The quality is bad.

Disappointed 😞 😥
I went to malas for tyre purchase and fitment the service was good but I was very much disappointed by the guy who was fitting in new tyres, he wanted me to pay him extra money to his pocket for coldrink, i was so disgusted because I had already everything.

Extremely Poor Service, Dishonesty, and Financial Loss
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Malas. I paid for a wheel alignment that was never done — instead, they pretended to perform the service. Because of their negligence, I ended up fitting brand new tyres without a proper alignment. As a direct result, my tyres were damaged prematurely, and I had to spend even more money to replace them. This is unacceptable. Not only was I charged for a service that was never provided, but I also suffered unnecessary financial loss due to their dishonesty and lack of professionalism. When I raised the issue, there was no accountability or effort to resolve the matter. It feels as though Malas takes advantage of loyal customers instead of valuing and respecting them. I would not recommend Malas to anyone who expects honesty, transparency, and quality service. Customers deserve better.

Outstanding service and affordable tyres
I went to Malas Tires Centre in Pretoria three times, everytime I went there the service is outstanding and their wheel alignment is always on point for my vehicle. keep up the great work!!

Malas Tyres & Wheels and Pirelli tyres
Good day, Please assist me with this situation. I brought 4 (four) tyres of Pirelli at Malas on the 30th April 2025 and now my rear left tyre has deformed. I took it to Malas last week Thursday and they conduct an inspection on it and they confirmed to me that the tyre has a factory fault however, Inspector from Pirelli tyres Maxwell Office Park 012 665 5676 will come to conduct the inspection on the tyre and as a result the inspector (Emmanuel Mbedzi 064 752 0646) claims that the tyre was deformed by a pothole and I did not hit on the pothole. Please help me to get a new tyre 0721340780.
