I have sent my car, Toyota Corolla for a propshaft and UJs inspection, After 30 minutes they called saying all is in order with the propshaft and UJs, they will only grease the UJs. They did not charge a fee for the labour and greasing. I was very surprised about the Honesty and professional advice from Sajco, most shops would have taken the advantage to lie about replacing something or fixing something. thank you for the wonderful service and professionalism you gave me.
I got an SMS that I gave consent to request my credit report to CDS Consulting. the SMS shows my ID number, Who the hell gave you my ID number and cell number? I do not have a credit with anyone who I agreed for them to share my information. I have never met , talk or chat with anyone from CDS Consulting. you are invading my privacy, *****ing personal information and viewing my financial information without my consent. I am consulting my legal rights with this matter, you are putting my information in unsafe. you are a business of *****ing people's information.

Rain decided to double debit my account, I cancelled an old router in June 2025, ordered a new router Rain101 on the same month. they still charged for the old router that stopped on working on 30 June 2025. I called them end of June to request them to refund, which they did. This morning they did the same thing of double debitting my account again. this is tiring to call a company to fix the same problem twice. that means I am going to have the samee problem every month, I cannot be calling rain about same thing every month. I want my money back and they can start the cancellation process for second router as well. I have enough with RAIN

those planning to get a RAIN router should think twice. I upgraded to RainOne, I then cancelled the older service I had, 5G basic on 19 June 2025, I also received a call confirming the cancellation and also email reflecting the cancellation, the older router stopped working on 30 June 2025, I thought that everything is going as planned, today on 1 July 2025 they debited my account for R1238 that is twice, including a router that is cancelled and not working anymore. when I called asked for explanation around 6Am, I am told they will send the query to billing, I am still waiting for billing to call and refund my money today. I called again around 11 AM, I am still told billing is informed and I must call them after 48 hours to get an update. Someone from Rain explain to me, is this customer support you give your customer? My next step would be to inform the bank and dispute the transaction and tell Rain to come pick up their Routers at my place.
