Samsung Buy & Get seems to be a **** - think twice

The Samsung BUY & GET promotion is a total farce.

We purchased our qualifying product on 02/01/204 after which I followed the registration and redemption steps as per the pamphlet. After if's, but's and only's regarding my telephonic registration, I ended up e-mailing my relevant information on more than one occasion.

I followed up earlier this week and once again forwarded all of my relevant information. No reply .............. still waiting.

This leaves a bad taste in the mouth and unfortunately also reflects very, very poorly on Samsung for partnering with Buy & Get in the fist place.

People, think twice before jumping on this so-called "promo". If we had waited another two weeks, we could have bought our product for R4,000.00 less instead of basically "buying" make-believe vouchers which we have, to date, not received.
