Frustration with cancellation of 12months contract.

<p>Invested my pension with this company on 22July 2015 for a peroid of 12months,with the understanding and stated in my contract that I could cancell and receive a refund.I did exactly that on the 22July 2016,but still waiting for this refund.Was acknowledge by Mrs Momberg,but up untill now,did not receive any statements or refund.Each time I engage with the switchboard the responsible persons are either on leave or not available.</p> <p>My plea to you as management are to please refund me asap,I need it urgently to survive.</p>

We must however mention that you are most welcome to activerly take part and use your licence to generate income from the sale of applications to businesses and others that was the original reason for the active participation in your business opportunity.

We do not take investments we do however sell business opportunities.

Thank you for your recent respons,however I'm anxiously waiting for my refund.Please provide me with my statements and date of payment.I'm financially ruined at the moment,unable to pay my debts ,food for my kids,etc
