<p>It has been over a year since my mum and I had cancelled our Buy Direct licence and were promised to receive our money but to dat we have not received our money back from this company and they choose to ignore our emails and messages. This is such a rip off, they took our money and promised to give it back and now they are busy using the same lies to steal other peoples hard earned money. We want our money back, enough time has lapsed! we even requested that we could be paid in installments if this company had financial issues and even got no response with regards to that. <p>My mum and I had purchased buy direct licenses and after a year we had requested a buy back in March 2016, we were lied to numerous times as to when we will receive our money. 9 months have passed and we have still not received our money and neither a decent response from this company. We even suggested that the money be paid to us in installments if they were unable to pay in full and we received no response. This is not small money as my mum and I are both owed R44129.20 each according to the statement we has received. We require our money and cannot be robbed this way by such a big company. This is not fair .</p>

<p>My licence agreement ended in July 2016,which means I'm suppose to receive my buyback soon after that.Since that,its all been terrible excuses.</p> <p>Rob & Delene if you really decent people,my kids are starving,been threatened on a daily basis by creditors.and to top it up I'm unable to come in contact with you.</p> <p>Please,Please!!! when will I receive my money?</p> <p>Ps! We were pulled along like a puppet on strings by being lied to and told that we would receive our money and today I receive an email from Rob Weimar now saying that we will not be receiving our money . So in other words this company has stolen our money. Our cancellation was accepted in March and we were lied to many times regarding when we will be paid out and now to hear that they are not going to give us our money is ridiculous. But how have certain people been refunded their money yet we have to suffer. Is this now a race issue? This is frustrating as this company has disrespected us and ignored us and lied to us. We are ****ed off at the fact that our hard earned money has just been taken by them and now we are just being given excuses as to why they will not pay us. Why did they string us along for 6 months promising payment and now we received nothing but rather lost our money to this fraud scheme.</p>

As per my previous reviews it was said tgat a senior member would get back to me and that never happened. Will we ever get our money back or was this daylight robbery</p>

<p>Invested my pension with this company on 22July 2015 for a peroid of 12months,with the understanding and stated in my contract that I could cancell and receive a refund.I did exactly that on the 22July 2016,but still waiting for this refund.Was acknowledge by Mrs Momberg,but up untill now,did not receive any statements or refund.Each time I engage with the switchboard the responsible persons are either on leave or not available.</p> <p>My plea to you as management are to please refund me asap,I need it urgently to survive.</p>

<p>Today is the 05/09/2016 and I have still not received any response from the people in charge at your company regarding the reimbur*****t of funds for my mom and myself I had sent an email and as expected, it was read and not replied to. Why are empty promises be in made on hello peter whenever I post a review yet thereafter no one even attends to my emails or calls, I get told by the receptionist that these people are not in and to leave a message and they never return my calls. I need to know what has happened to our money as this is ridiculous that we have to chase what belongs to us. Your contract stated payment upon cancellation of the licence of all funds thst were left over and your company gas not adhered to that contract. The customer service that I received is so poor that np one is able to give me a good enough reason or an answer as to when we will receive our money. What you people have behaved this way had it been reversed and it was your money. The ignorance that I have received from this company is terrible. It honestly seems as if our money will never be given back to us. 6 months is too long to wait for this. I wonder if other people are treated in this manner. </p>

<p>I just received a msg saying that THEY ARE ATTENDING TO THE MATTER AND WILL REPLY ONCE THEY HAVE A SOLUTION. The only time I get a response from this company is when I write a review on hello peter, other than that I do not receive any response. I am tired of hearing the same story now, we need to know when we will receive our money and not the same story every time as I am sure that they will be no reply as they have said they will reply previously but only did reply when I posted a review. How long will I have to wait before you guys can reach your solution. As i will get this reply now and then afyer that no one will even bother to get back to me .There are no favors being done to me as as I have mentioned earlier , this is our money which needs to be given back to us </p>
