terrible service and lies

<p>It's been 6 months since my mom and I had cancelled our licence and requested a buy back and our money to be given back to us. We were promised payment in June and that never happens.  We were promised by Robert that he will get back to us but he hasn't to date. I have been calling and sending numerous emails in which I request a read receipt, these emails are being read yet none of these staff members have the decency to reply . We have not received our money and no response as to why yet this company proudly advertises on bill boards in Pretoria expecting ppl to buy licences and shares when their customer service doesn't meet up to that billboard standards. I am highly frustrated as this is not small money and my mom and I expect to receive our funds. As per my previous reviews it was said tgat a senior member would get back to me and that never happened. Will we ever get our money back or was this daylight robbery</p>
