Still awaiting my money for over a year

<p>It has been over a year since my mum and I had cancelled our Buy Direct licence and were promised to receive our money but to dat we have not received our money back from this company and they choose to ignore our emails and messages. This is such a rip off, they took our money and promised to give it back and now they are busy using the same lies to steal other peoples hard earned money. We want our money back, enough time has lapsed! we even requested that we could be paid in installments if this company had financial issues and even got no response with regards to that.
