Broken products, your bad luck.

After months of mails complaining about the poor service the product arrived. It was broken beyond repair so I had requested a refund. Apparently this was not a problem and they requested my address details to collect. 5 weeks later the broken product has not been collected and no one is responding to my mails. Seriously do not order through these guys.
