Broken products, your bad luck.
After months of mails complaining about the poor service the product arrived. It was broken beyond repair so I had requested a refund. Apparently this was not a problem and they requested my address details to collect. 5 weeks later the broken product has not been collected and no one is responding to my mails. Seriously do not order through these guys.

Caution, caution, caution.
Placed a simple order of gas fire coals on the 13 May 2025. Goods should have been delivered within three weeks they blamed the shipping company for delays. Twelve weeks later no goods and now no response to my communication. Be very cautious if you buy from there guys.

Be Very Careful of ZA-Deals
Do not do business with this group, Once you pay they will not respond to your mails or the whatsapp number they make available on their website or order confirmation mails.

Endles*****ls ... Caution
Do not use these guys. Having built a new home and having to deal with numerous contractors Endles*****ls were by far the worst. I have never experienced such bad service. They will not keep to time lines and will not communicate when failing to meet a deadline. My pool was supposed to be finished end October 2019, as at 8 March, I have just had the correct salt chlorinator installed and still have a light that is not connected and once again zero communication. Their attention to detail is also seriously questionable I had to bring to their attention some defects. My last communication was that they would be back in a day or two... that was a week and a half ago. If for whatever reason still decide to use Natalie and Dave to fix or build your pool, do not make final payment before 100% complete regardless of what their T's and C's state.
