Im wondering if this company turned into a ****. I have received nothing but awesome service and product over the past years, this year suddenly things changed. Website went down, came up again and we placed a R10k order in August. I have tried 13 whatsapp messages to find a order update, we have made daily phone calls to the landline and cell number for the past 2 weeks but not answer. We received an email about 10 days ago to say order is completed, awaiting courier collection (we paid extra for the overnight faster shipping method).....nothing.....no reply on emails either.
