this the worst company,this is AM.CO.ZA sister company

i bought a A3 dtf oven from AM.CO.ZA (buythis and AM.CO.ZA) are sister companies...i unboxed it and tried to cure a dtf print..it burnt areas of the print and didnt even cure other parts of the image,i have pics for evidence,please note that i have tried many different combinations of time and temperature and it just burnt everything,contacted AM and they say i must ship to them to fix..its a brand new item so why must i pay for shippng and secondly why fix a new item,all i want is my refund.seems like their products are faulty and their after sales service is the worst,even if they told me i must pay for shipping to them and they will cover the shipping back to me i would have agreed.they are terrible and i am now on all social media warning people about them.i have also emailed the national consumer council because this is day light *******,they need to be held accountable.bottom line is if a brand new product is not working ...my contact number is 0746010111
