My wife had a backup power supply contract with buzybuy. We canceled the contract with enough notice, but they insisted that we still pay for one month After we HAND delivered to their office as multiple emails were not responded to and a customer is ( according to them) not allowed to speak with anyone in Accounts. ONLY email that they do not respond to. We paid the month as per their request. We are in possession of the receipt where we Hand delivered the devise. Now they STILL take payment from debit order every month.?????? We call, get told to email Accounts, do that, no reply and repeat.......I consider this *****ing. NEVER EVER TAKE A CONTACT WITH BUZYBUY....

We have been enquiring about our holding deposit since 2023. It was supposed to be paid back after 6 months and since then we have been trying to get our payment back. It is absolutely ridiculous that the accounts department is so ***********. When we send a mail they always say we will ask the accounts department to get back to you but they NEVER do. I mean a simple line of communication would be appreciated and then ofcourse to resolve the matter at hand. I will never recommend Buzybuy to anyone ever again.

Shoutout to Neil at Buzybuy. My internet dropped and I was so stressed when it didn't come back up. I called the helpline and he greeted me with a warm friendly voice. Normally I throw my toys out the cot when I stress, but he was so friendly and helpful that I forgot what I was stressing about. Cherry on the cake my internet was back up literally 2 minutes after we spoke. Very friendly, fast and efficient service. Thank you Neil and Buzybuy you guys are always amazing. Tell Hanro to come fetch a pot of mutton curry for you guys sometime 😉

My internet has been down since yesterday 2pm. I have logged the ticket with Vox after waiting in the queue for more than 30 min to get through to their support team. My children cannot study because they need access to the internet to access their school work. The psychological implications on my children at the moment is unbearable. They are crying because they are stressing. All I need is VOX to urgently assist me and to sort out this issue. My kida need to study but that does not matter 5o VOX, all they keep responding to me is that I need to log a ticket. How many tickets must I log in order for the tears and stress to be taken away from my children. When will VOX assist us. When? How long does it take you to assist in times of emergency, especially when young children need to study for exams.

I had a very basic website hosting package with Buzybuy for a number of years, which basically required nothing from them except the yearly billing, so no complaints there. In August 2023 they billed me again for 12 months ahead, without telling me that they will be going over to new servers only 2 months later, which would increase the amount I pay per year by just under 1000%! They sent me forms to sign to agree to the new fees 1 month before it would go into effect from November 2023. I told Dale that I have a very basic website and won't pay that, and eventually decided to move over to another cost-effective service provider, and asked for a refund for the 10 months left I had paid up front on the previous servers and fees. No response to numerous emails. When I called into their service center they just said they will have to talk to Dale and get back to me, which never happened. Until I threatened them going to HelloPeter on email, then Dale responded within hours. I moved over to the new hosting company, but still haven't received the refund, and emails enquiring about this gets ignored. I assume they either intend NOT to refund me as they said they would, or Dale is too busy to give proper customer service. Either way it might be good to avoid Buzybuy. I will making a case against them at the Consumer Ombud of South Africa next.

Horrible experience with Buzy Buy since they moved over to Vox Telecom. No internet. Internet suspended. Debit orders not going through. We've been with Buzy Buy since early 2019 and never had any issues while they were with Vumatel. Glad their business is growing, but since going big they have seem to forgotten about customer service. Not happy at all.

Buzybuy Team, specifically Dewald who assisted me via whatsup and assured me my services and migration was 100% in order and it will run smoothly and sadly to know since Buzybuy went over to Vox it was a nightmare! Kayleigh Van Der Schyff from Vox assured me in July I will not have problems as she sorted our everything from her side but yet to know I have endless issues! She promised me yesterday my services would be up and running this morning as per her management, but yet I am still off line. Going onto day 3! I was in contact with Dale Bredenkamp of Buzybuy this morning and told him my concern where he assured it is a fault from Vox. Have you ever heard of paying for a supplier and your services gets terminated without your consent. Oh of course this is the New Era we living in, pay your Electric Bill and you have no power, pay your internet provider and don't get service. Sadly to think Vox blames Buzybuy and BuzyBuy blames Vox. Bottom line why employ *********** staff who say they have all the degrees and experience for the job but yet you sit with problems. Strange Era once again. I belive and hope you compensate your unhappy customers or once again the new Era thrives on unhappy clients, companies close down, loose business because you don't have the correct qualified staff to solve your problems. Any suggestions on better service providers who take pride in there work or do people not the pride anymore.
