Open letter to Webuycars. Feel free to share your experience. To whom it may concern ( I will copy this on some social media platforms and would like to hear your experience with Webuycars aftersales ) And there it happened. Someone bumped a trolley into the Suburu and left a nice dent. Unfortunately after Months of " begging Webuycars " for assistance from Reinart and Rudi, that by the way instructed Reinart to assist we still did not receive Any Innovation policy details?? I therefore demand a refund on the inovation policies on the 2014 Fiat as well as the 2013 Subaru Forester purchased from Webuycars Richmond. I have been in contact with an attorney and although webuycars fineptint is covered well, failure to supply requested information is a brige of contact from webuycars. The ombudsman is also not impressed with the lack of aftersales service as pointed out by my Continuous request for service via e-mail. Customers like myself are forced to sign-up for the machanical warranty " additional options with Big empty promises " through Webuycars. This forced practice is in Question now. This WILL go public and I have all my constant follow ups as well as " empty " feedback promises from Webuycars. Sometimes Absolutely no response. All involved now had enough from webuycars non existing after sales service and demand a full refund on all inovation policies. I further demand that webuycars repair the dent the shopping trolley left on my Subaru Forester. Lastly I demand to speak to the founders of webuycars. This is really the Worst service I ever experienced. webuycars. Send their personal contact details within 2 days of this email. My wife had a backup power supply contract with buzybuy. We canceled the contract with enough notice, but they insisted that we still pay for one month After we HAND delivered to their office as multiple emails were not responded to and a customer is ( according to them) not allowed to speak with anyone in Accounts. ONLY email that they do not respond to. We paid the month as per their request. We are in possession of the receipt where we Hand delivered the devise. Now they STILL take payment from debit order every month.?????? We call, get told to email Accounts, do that, no reply and repeat.......I consider this *****ing. NEVER EVER TAKE A CONTACT WITH BUZYBUY....
In my opinion stay Far away from webuycars. Except that they owe me a large amount in Refund for weeks and cover it with lies they are also in my opinion *********. Example: I financed a vehicle from them last week ( told them to transfer R 40 000 for deposit that is not even half of what they owe me) .We took delivery last week Thursday afternoon only to find on Friday ( not even 24 hours later) that the wiper blades are BAD with the left front disintegrating. I send the salesman a video and he responded that Dekra did not pick it up and it is a wear and tear item so it is for my cost. R 750.00 later within 24hours???? Meanwhile they stall my payment for so long ( I still got no idee why ) and obviously they get interest on My money until someone process the refund. No one seems to be in a position to make decisions?? Customer care keep referring me back to the useless people I was dealing with at the branch. There are a lot more to this story with BAD experience. My personal opinion is to be careful of them. They are quick to take your money and then it seems they just don't care as if you are not a customer.
What a professional company. Outsurance always deliver on their promises and made my claim process so easy with constant communication. They even walked the extra mile to check up on me two days after my vehicle accident to find out if I am doing well. Thank you Outsurance
It seems that most webuycars employees do not care about customer service or are only untrained. You have to basically push them to take action. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them already and every time the same story. I now got a okay salesman from whom I bought a vehicle recently, but when it comes to F&I there is NO feedback. Finance is approved. All I want to know is from which bank and what the best interest rate is. Even after contacting Head office that promised I will be contacted soon ( they are busy) Nothing!! They want you to only see them when signing the contract, (after waiting up to an hour or more to see them) then they push their interest rates on you and force you to take vehicle warranty stating that it is the banks request for approval. What bull****. Bottom line. They simply don't care because they know someone else will come and beg them to buy a car. Come on guys. This is not a way to run a business.
We bought a vehicle in PE and drove it to Cape Town. Although Dekra is clean and finance approved the wipers fell of ( in heavy rain ) and the battery was flat after every stop. There is also a huge problem with the gearbox. Problem is that webuycars PE made promises that turned out to be all bul****. Got an reverence number from complaints two weeks later but are unable to contact somebody there or get connected. After being transferred numerous times the phone will go dead. Worst worst pass the buck service ( or lack of service ) ever..
How do you get hold of these people??? Phones go to voicemail and emails come back undelivered.
Absa was suppose to handle my dads estate after he passed away in October 2020. After numerous calls and emails we were told they are not interested as it is to small. They informed us that they appointed a Smith person as executor that they believed was my dads son in law. We do not know such a person and Absa refuse to fix their mistake. It is the worse service I ever received from an financial institution. To top it all we requested them to sign over executor ship to myself in 2020 already.
VERY BAD TO NO SERVICE. They took minutes to deduct my money when I purchased the monthly contract, but I can not access what I paid for. Phoned many times and always a promise to ( EXCILATE THE PROBLEM ) NO JOY. Please stay away from contract payments to Transunion.
