A company that does not care about employees well being nor their future

As an employee who resigned on 01/02/2022 and served my notice which was finalised on 28/02/2022, I have still not received my final salary till this date 14/03/2022

On communication to HR on multiple occasions I had now received communication that my salary would be release 11/03/2022 which has not been release yet. I did a follow up this morning and was instructed my salary will be released 25/03/2022

I can certainly assure you that altron will not be paying for any of the interest fees being charge to me for overdue debit orders, I can certainly assure you that altron will not be feeding myself and my Daughter for all the days my salary has been withheld. I have not been given a solid response on why my salary has not been release even though my part of my off boarding was completed on the designated dates.
