<p>There Bytes</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom uses this company to run there call centres and they have messed up a device I had payed off in January and I got billed again for the device in March as Bytes didnt follow through my documents to vodacom and now I need to fight with both companies to fix there own mistake, below is my complaint I wrote to vodacom seening that your both in the same bed </p> <p> </p> <p>https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/vodacom-poor-services- ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>"There Vodacom,</p> <p>Vodacom claims there the best service provider in south africa and that is a utter joke!</p> <p>Arranged with them to pay off my handset in January fill out the appropriate document made the debit order attached all document and mailed it to Vodacom.</p> <p>First issue, no one checked up on my documents and took the payment as a upfront payment. Had to call in to "fix the issue" got promised by two managers the issue will be resolved.</p> <p>Second issue, no payments went down on February 2017, called Vodacom again and same issue whereby Vodacom took my device down payment as a upfront payment, promised again by a manager issue will be resolved with the next month debit order.</p> <p>Thirds issue, got fully billed for monthly debit and device payments<br />caused my account to bounce etc</p> <p>Forth issue, Vodacom has no idea of my documents and I had to re-submit them and they will "sort" it out, 24 hours later I called in and my service request was pending and not allocated to any support staff member for assistance.</p> <p>Honestly Vodacom is this how you conduct business?</p> <p>No Regards at all!"</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom/Bytes replied to me 6 days ago and since then no feedback from them and I had to call in and explain my self over and over again and 5 time I had to submit my documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>No Regards,</p> <p> </p>
