Rude C&G consultant in EL

My car reg kGV026 has been with C&G for more that 2 months now and when I called them today to find out why is the Shocks taking this long to be delivered from Gauteng as if they are coming from Overseas, the lady on the phone rep**** with “I don’t know and that I shouldn’t tell them how they should do their job”. This lady is very rude and She decided to put the phone aside while I was still talking. All I wanted was for them to ask the supplier why is the shock taking the whole month to be delivered. They sent me the message on the 30th of April that the ETA for the shock is 25 May. Mind you this is Hundai Grand I am talking about, so it really doesn’t make sense to me the long wait
