Last week saturday I was at standard bank in Vincent EL for a new card since my card was expired. I waited in the line for a good 3 hours and finally I was assisted. They gave me a new card but apparently the card that they gave me was faulty because I had to phone the call centre as the card was not working. I went to the branch again today and I reported that the card they gave me was faulty and I assumed since it’s their fault they won’t make me queue again. Mind you I have other businesses I am supposed to do as I am working monday to friday and saturday is the only chance I get to do my personal things. The lady who was attending to me said I must queque because there are people before me. I was made to queque for more than 2 hours because of their fault. My car reg kGV026 has been with C&G for more that 2 months now and when I called them today to find out why is the Shocks taking this long to be delivered from Gauteng as if they are coming from Overseas, the lady on the phone rep**** with “I don’t know and that I shouldn’t tell them how they should do their job”. This lady is very rude and She decided to put the phone aside while I was still talking. All I wanted was for them to ask the supplier why is the shock taking the whole month to be delivered. They sent me the message on the 30th of April that the ETA for the shock is 25 May. Mind you this is Hundai Grand I am talking about, so it really doesn’t make sense to me the long wait
PMD is the worse insurance ever, my car has been with them since the 16 of February this year and the delay is always on their side. Panel beaters called me on the 16 of April to say that they have sent some additionals to pmd to authorise. I called pmd on the 17 of April and they confirmed that they have received the additionals and are on the list for the assessor. I called them again today to finda out if they did actually authorise the additionals. I am so ****ed off to find out that still they haven’t authorised those additionals. What ****es me off the most is that my car has been with them for more than 2 months now still no direction of when I am going to get it back. I am so ****ed off
On thursday I bought chicken from Hungry lion in Amalinda for the first time. The next morning I had a stomachache and a running stomach. There was some leftover chicken from yesterday in the fridge, when we were about to warm it we noticed that it was rotten. On friday my child started to throw up, He was vomiting everything He eats. On saturday still He was not getting any better, we then took Him to Life Hospital. My niece and I are still suffering from a bad stomach bug. Bad stomach cramps and diarhoea since friday. I don’t know why these people are selling us rotten chicken. This is totally unacceptable, I am lying down on the floor on my tummy trying to self medicate at home. I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything from Hungry Lion again especially that Hungry lion in Amalinda sies
On the 16th of February I was involved in an accident, there was a third party involved. I phoned Prime Meridian Direct immediately and I gave them everything they wanted. On the 27th of February they called to tell me that my claim has been approved and they will take it to CG body works. After that they were so quiet untill I call on the 8th of March for an update, their consultant told me that they did recieve the quotation and it’s waiting for approval. So I decided to call them again today, did the consultant not tell me that they are still waiting for quotation from CG body works. I then asked the Lady to give me the Body works telephone number so that I can call them. I called CG body works and they told me that they sent the quotation to Prime meridian Direct on the 5th of March. I called PMD to tell them that a quotation was sent to them on the 5th I even fowarded them those emails with the quotation from the body works. So now when I call them they keep on dropping my calls. I don’t know what games they are playing but I want my car fixed. I want them to approve that quotation so that the body works can commence the repairs
I have been calling this trash company for 3 months now for a paid up letter. Every time when I call them it’s excuses excuses. I even regret why I paid them in the first place. I called them again today, did the lady not hang up on me while I was still talking. Please I need my paid up letter, for that matter I was owing mtn and not you. Your customer service is so filthy
