Living in a unit for a week that smells like a sewer. Complained the second day i was here. Sent maintenance to sort it out on the Monday ir so they said. By Thursday night that ********** smell was back again. Will never stay ay Cabana Beach ever again even though i am a Holiday Club member. Totally not acceptable!!

Want to compliment the upkeep of the hotel. For a very old building everything still works and is very well maintained. Thanks for all the arranged entertainment and top-level service by ALL STAFF. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. All was good

We purchased our timeshare week at Cabana Beach Resort in 2017 and had a few memorable years there, however due to circumstances we have been unable to use the unit for the past 3 years and have asked Cabana Beach Rentals to please rent the week it out for us. They diligently supply us with the forms which we complete and submit and then nothing happens! Our follow up emails go unanswered. From a resort that claims to be "sought after", there should be no issue renting the unit out?

Great service. Only thing I would say is that they need to check the cleaning services we had an instance where they stole some of our food. Otherwise very well done.

Every time I visit the Cabana Bach resort, I just realize it is of world class. Especially one of the Managers, Mr Iain Moolman, make sure you feel welcome, at home, and enjoy your stay. Thank you Cabana Beach!

I made a mistake in a previous review. I planned to review CABANA BEACH RESORT, but wrongly wrote "Cabanas Umhlanga"... sorry! * CABANA BEACH RESORT: you have a cleaner, DAVE who impressed us, during week 39 of 2022 on floor 4! We saw the dedication Dave showed during his daily tasks. We just want to thank Dave for his special input to keep the standard of maintenance so high at the CABANA BEACH RESORT ! We saw it and appreciate workers, like Dave, who keep the bar so high at a place where we are the share holders! IT IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED DAVE! CABANA BEACH RESORT: now we understand your outstanding quality of maintenance with workers like Dave! WELL DONE!

On multiple occasions as a person that visits and stays at this resort over the past two years, i have had terrible experience with the security at the front gate. I recently went to visit a person at the resort to be stopped at the gate and told their was no parking, we reversed and parked one parking outside the entrance and phoned the office which told us parking was available at a cost, which we did not contest to. We had to go back in and tell the guards we already confirm their is parking available for them to let us in. Today's incident was the icing on the cake for me as i went to drop of a friend we had another visitor who brought food so we went to park undercover and was told there is no parking yet the person who brought food came after us and was let in to pay for parking. I myself offered to pay double the price to pay for parking to be denied with a resident in my vehicle showing their entrance card to the room. Cabana beach resort has the utmost unqualified security which do not understand their own protocols for parking which is the most basic thing a patron has to do.
