Phenomenal service from Outsurance. Called them for a policy price review and she knocked off over 10% on my monthly premium. And all within 15 minutes while speaking to her. CNEH HLATSHWAYO was my consultant. This reminds me why i have been with them for 20 years. Thanks Outsurance Team!!
Living in a unit for a week that smells like a sewer. Complained the second day i was here. Sent maintenance to sort it out on the Monday ir so they said. By Thursday night that ********** smell was back again. Will never stay ay Cabana Beach ever again even though i am a Holiday Club member. Totally not acceptable!!
I had a problem with a service provider they assigned to panelbeat my vehicle and they took longer than promised and when I complained to Outsurance. Asanda Mfundi from Outsurance stepped in and corresponded with the panelbeater, pushing them everyday till the work was completed and the vehicle was back in my possession and in all that time she kept me updated all the step of the way. Amazing Amazing service from her and team Outsurance !! Thank you all and Asanda especially for that Amazing service and help.
Roti and Chai in Umhlanga has the worst so called "Indian food". My wife and I were not very hungry so we thought a light snack would suffice. As we were staying at the Pearls, we decided to try Roti and Chai downstairs. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! Our samoosas were drenched in oil. We only ate 2 of the 8 we ordered as it was sickening. The mince one was also filled with excess onion. The aloo paratha had no spice in it. We asked for chili sauce which they don't have. This is an "Indian restaurant". They offered us tomato sauce. To top it all off, that experience cost us R240 (2 teas included). When we complained to the manager, she only said they will look into it and then handed us our bill without another word or apology.
I must commend The Holiday Club for responding to my previous concerns and they resolved it to the greatest of satisfaction and ease. They understood my complaint and took the time to resolve it to my satisfaction. They called me everyday to update me on the progress up to the day it was resolved and called me a day after to ask me if I was happy with the result. Thank you to all the staff involved in my query. You guys are the best. Would recommend anyone who wants to buy timeshare to look no further but only at The Holiday Club. As mentioned previously, I am a member with them for almost 30 years and it's really value fir money. The holiday options you have with them you will not get with anyone else or anywhere else. Keep up the fantastic work!!
I have been a member of the Holiday Club for nearly 30 years, but I have never experienced such a lack of service and indifference. I booked a weekend getaway for my colleague and her friends at Waterberg Game Park. However, the day before their check-in, they were informed that most of the facilities at the resort, such as the pool and putt-putt, were not available. I called the Holiday Club to voice my complaint, but it has now been a week without any resolution. Despite making several calls to the salesperson, all I have received is that her team leader is working on it. My main concern is that the Holiday Club should not offer this resort to any members until it is back to standard. To make matters worse, my guests were given a different unit than the one they had reserved. This new unit was smaller, and the two units were placed far apart, making it difficult for the friends to stay close together. Additionally, they could not enjoy any facilities at the resort, as everything was flood-damaged. The lack of response from the Holiday Club is truly shocking!
