Booked a cab on the 1 September 2015 for midday on 3 September 2015. Got a confirmation sms stating that I would be picked up Thuli. Pick -up time arrived and no Thuli, I phone her on the number given and she tells me that she has no pick - up at that time and that she is currently in Benmore Gardens. I phone the call centre and ask what is going on. They say that they will call Thuli and find out what is going on. I phone them back after a while and they told me that they could not get hold of Thuli (even though I had spoken to her 10 minutes earlier) and that they have assigned me a \Quick cab". I wait some more and phone back and ask when is the new cab arriving"
