Went to the drive through and my partner swiped his card. They said it didn't go through. Said if it did go through twice we must just bring in our bank statement and they would refund us. Well it did go through twice. So we took our bank statement and spoke to the manager. He took our statement and said he would fax it to the head office and we would get refunded on 48 hours. That was a month ago and still no money or communication. It's only R121 but it's the principle.
Booked a cab on the 1 September 2015 for midday on 3 September 2015. Got a confirmation sms stating that I would be picked up Thuli. Pick -up time arrived and no Thuli, I phone her on the number given and she tells me that she has no pick - up at that time and that she is currently in Benmore Gardens. I phone the call centre and ask what is going on. They say that they will call Thuli and find out what is going on. I phone them back after a while and they told me that they could not get hold of Thuli (even though I had spoken to her 10 minutes earlier) and that they have assigned me a \Quick cab". I wait some more and phone back and ask when is the new cab arriving"
Was in the bank on Saturday the 22nd August to open an investment account (Just invest). Due to the fact that I am on crutches I did not have my cards on me. Gentleman opened Just invest account and said he would do a DSR99 transfer and that the money would be transferred by Sunday. He also said he would link the investment account to my internet banking profile on Monday. On Monday 24th August money was still in my cheque account. Phoned call center and was told that the money was reflecting in my investment account and that my cheque account information would be updated. It is now the 28th August, money is still reflecting in my cheque account and deductions are coming off it. Is it in my cheque account or my investment account? Also still not linked to my internet banking profile. Where is the money Nedbank. I don't want to be charged for your mistake
I am on crutches due to a foot injury making it difficult to get around. Security personal are wonderful. Let me get dropped off right at the building I need to be at, open doors to make life easier and generally go out of their way to help me get around. Really appreciate the fact that they go the extra mile
1st cab this week was late because they got the address wrong. 12 Johannes Street Florida instead of 2 Johan Street Discovery Florida and now today no cab in area. Apprently the can had a blow out but there is no back up plan. Late for work both days even though I booked cab to arrive well in advance of my working hours. Get very stroppy with you when you get upset for being late
