Unable to contact suppliers / unable to have Cadii repaired

<p>My daughter's Cadii handle broke during the second term.  After having tried to contact numerous agents and the repair centre and the centre in Top Road, where I have previously taken my children's Cadii's for repair, I have had no answer and have been unable to get through to anyone.  Now I am stuck with a broken bag for the beginning of term 3 and need to look at purchasing another one!  NOT ON!!</p>
