Great Service and quick delivery from Thabang
I purchased a Cadii from Thabang ( www.cadiibags.co.za ) The service i recieved was outstanding. Communication was great , I recieved my order in record time. If i had to do it again i would. Many thanks Thabang for your Assistance. Its people like you that define black excellence.

Cadii Bag Dividers
Bad Customer Service from PNA Silverton involving a Cadii bag. Still waiting for the Cadii bag dividers as there was no stock instore and Portia Mogajana assured me to contact me once Cadii bag dividers are delivered to the store.

Caddiibags a scam?
I placed an order with www.caddiibags.co.za on 25 November 2020. After about a week I contacted them to ask for a status update on my order. I was told that my order would ship on 7 December 2020. After numerous follow-ups and promises not kept I still have not received my order or tracking number. I have to conclude that I have been scammed.

Caddiibags a scam?
I placed an order with www.caddiibags.co.za on 25 November 2020. After about a week I contacted them to ask for a status update on my order. I was told that my order would ship on 7 December 2020. After numerous follow-ups and promises not kept I still have not received my order or tracking number. I have to conclude that I have been scammed.

Cadiibags Scam

I followed up by e-mail and was told by Thabang on 2 occasions that he would get back to me, which he never did. Caddii scam
I placed an order with one of their agents (Thabang Mnculwane - www.caddiibags.co.za) listed on their website (www.caddii.co.za). I did not receive my order as promised. The contact numbers on www.caddii.co.za do not work and I have no recourse to complain to Caddii about their agents. Caddii is a scam!

Faulty Cadii School Bag
I purchased a Cadii from PNA in Greentsone for approx. R1199 at the end of January 2019. I had to take it back in on 17 February due to the clips keep falling out. One clip got lost. When i got the cadii back i was told I need to pay an amount of R25. After paying so much for a bag. The inconvenience of going to drop the bag for fixing. My child had no bag that could fit all his books. He had to use 2 bags for 2 weeks. Going to fetch it again and still paying for the expensive bag to be fixed. I dont think this is fair. I would like a full refund for this bag. After picking up the bag on Saturday, the clip fell out again. I am a very unhappy customer. It is not fair that I paid so much for a product which is causing so much inconvenience. Regards

Unable to contact suppliers / unable to have Cadii repaired
<p>My daughter's Cadii handle broke during the second term. After having tried to contact numerous agents and the repair centre and the centre in Top Road, where I have previously taken my children's Cadii's for repair, I have had no answer and have been unable to get through to anyone. Now I am stuck with a broken bag for the beginning of term 3 and need to look at purchasing another one! NOT ON!!</p>
