Cadiibags Scam

I placed an order on 25 November 2020 (www.caddiibags.co.za). After about a week I followed up and was told that my order would ship on 7 December 2020. This did not materialise. I followed up by e-mail and was told by Thabang on 2 occasions that he would get back to me, which he never did. Today (11 December) he told me that he would send me the tracking number for my parcel before the end of the day, and this too did not materialise. What am I to conclude other than that I have been scammed.
