I purchased a Cadii from PNA in Greentsone for approx. R1199 at the end of January 2019. I had to take it back in on 17 February due to the clips keep falling out. One clip got lost. When i got the cadii back i was told I need to pay an amount of R25. After paying so much for a bag. The inconvenience of going to drop the bag for fixing. My child had no bag that could fit all his books. He had to use 2 bags for 2 weeks. Going to fetch it again and still paying for the expensive bag to be fixed. I dont think this is fair. I would like a full refund for this bag. After picking up the bag on Saturday, the clip fell out again. I am a very unhappy customer. It is not fair that I paid so much for a product which is causing so much inconvenience. Regards
