BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm livid livid livid. CAFE NEO, EAST LONDON, I called them towards the end of last month and booked a specific space they said i must come a week before and the space is available now they tell me that space is booked. I booked that specific space for a reason because it's beautiful. I told him I sent out invites after they specifically told me the place would be available and I must come book a week before. If you have a rule it must be a rule to everyone you can't apply rules to certain people and not apply it on others, there must be consistency. I'm livid. This platform is not the only I'm going to express my feelings about what transpired today. This man then tells me there's nothing he can do. There are many restaurants in East London that I can book at however as a matter of principle I'm not letting thos one lie.
