If there was an option to rate them 0 stars, it’s what they deserve. I placed an order via Uber eats for a doughnut and pie. Order was accepted. An hour later the driver tells me he has to cancel because the restaurant says they don’t have the items in stock. They are so unprofessional and offer no explanation or apology when I called to find out why was my order accepted if they don’t have the items. And furthermore, make me wait an hour when I could’ve ordered from somewhere else.
