Disappointed with the outcome of cake

I ordered a simple vanilla cake with light blue icing and a white fondant '21' for my daughter's 21st birthday. However, upon collection, the cake was incorrectly iced in light green, the number '21' was an amber color, and the ribbons were overly thick and mismatched. The final product was significantly different from what I had requested. The baker rectified the issue and re-iced the cake; however, the icing began to collapse shortly after collection. I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality and presentation of the cake, and I would not recommend this bakery to anyone.
