HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! YOU WILL GO TO THIS BAKERY AND SHOW THEM YOUR DESIGN, THEY AGREE AND PROMISE TO DELIVER EXACT CAKE. ONLY TO REALIZE UPON PICK UP ITS ACTUALLY A SCAM!

My son turned 1 years old on the 16th October. I went to this establishment an hour before his first birthday party was supposed to start only to find the cake that I ordered and paid R1500 for is a complete mess up and standing skew. I had absolutely no other choice but to take this cake as my son had to have a cake! I left this store crying, I had to cough up R1500 only to find a cake that is falling apart, looked messy and looked as if it was made by a grade 4 student.

NO REMORSE, SYMPATHY OR APOLOGY OFFERED BY STAFF, THE WORST CUSTOMER EVER! Please please don’t waste your time and money, these people make promises knowing they not equip to bake and design as promised!
