My refund

On the 29 November 2019 I bought a motorbike, Christmas present for my little girl from 'Ontheline' seller on Bidorbuy.

After i made a payment of R674, i never had an update from the seller about my order. Until i made an enquiry about it, the seller had no idea about my orders status. On the 12 December 2019 i asked for a refund bcos it was clear that my girls present is nowhere. I sent them my banking details several times for a refund and am still waiting. Pls help.
